He doesn't have a position, the bloke wanders round the pitch just trying to get stuck in. Good player and great character, but SELL SELL SELL!!!

Chris P Twitter...

Also hearing rumours that sheffield Wednesday have indeed now come in for bilel mohsni. Trying to find out more now

Sell him... great player, but he doesnt fit in and causes more problems (both selection wise and discipline) than its worth. Trouble is, we not gonna get much - prob £250k absolute max and even then prob not all upfront.

I agree, with a heavy heart. He's running out of last chances with us, so money like that would be too much of a risk to turn down

Absolutely agree with this. Don't think PS knows where to play him and although he has scored several important goals I still think the side looks unbalanced with him in the side. If he does go I wish him luck and thank him for the entertainment he has given side by side with the frustration.

After his scissor exploits I'm not sure he's safe to be in the steel city

A cutting remark. Also a snip at that price. Would he gel with new teammates? Personally i think these rumours are a sham. Poo to the lot of you.

It was not long ago that we were considering the option of terminating his contract. So, if Southend United were that close to letting Bilel go for zero - there is little doubting we would take £250,000!!

I also think Bilel Moshni is at times given harsher treatment than others. Three players "allegedly" go to the bother of finding a hooker, late at night, at the team hotel before a vital away match. One player is frustrated with the himself and the team playing poorly and losing the vital match (Bilel presumably was ****ed-off with his supposed professional teamates obvious unacceptable preparation for the game) and storms off when substituted.
The player disappointed with the team losing gets the majority of the flak and punishment.??? That was outrageous!!

Anyway, stay or go. Bilel Moshni is a Southend United character..whatever you think of him.

If I was Luggy or any other manager, I would ban tweeting on any level concerned with club matters.

Many people would be fired if they tweeted information about their place of work, colleagues, company potential, clients and work load and other "confidential" business information. I know every club has this problem..but if I was the boss, my club would stop this problem immediately.

A player who can contribute well in a number of positions should ease rather than cause selection problems.

Disciplinary problems ? Well he received just one solitary caution (whilst scoring 8 goals) in the second half of the season from the turn of the year.

Great player ? What a sad indictment of the club if we cannot fit a great, versatile player with a much improved disciplinary record into the squad.

During that same period Benyon picked up a yellow and a red whilst scoring 2 goals but I'm sure he fits in really well !

That. All of that. Yes .... not that I am criticising Benyon.

Well, we know that Moshni was at Wickford last week .......... but did anyone see him come back?

Oh no - he is lost in the Brentwood triangle ................

Hear here!
I second, third and fourth these sentiments. Half the time he probably doesn't fit in because he doesn't drink, go on the razz or get up to the other jolly japes that seem a prerequisite for the professional footballer of today.
And if he is sold a lot of the excitement of the new season will evaporate, for me and a few others at least.

He hasn't bothered reporting back for training yet according to CP.

I'm not sure from Chris's tweets whether Mohsni is AWOL or just hasn't come back yet. He could well have a reason for not having been back before Saturday.

... which a wee birdie tells me would be a tad hypocritical !

Naah. Luggy is the gaffer. Like any boss he can give out the PR he wishes to.
Is different when individuals speak their mind publicly on issues that the club may wish to remain private. Footballers would not tweet about their work if I was the gaffer. No question.

There is no way Chris Phillips should be tweeting about the behaviour and work situation of a colleague/team mate.

Luggy. Stop it now!!!!!
