Breaking News Season Tickets - now on sale

Just curious here but has the club put a “cap”” on the number of ST they can sell? as i know some clubs do

Reminder:

Over the weekend, the number of season ticket holders for the 2025/26 season passed 4,340, eclipsing our total from 2024/25.

It’s taken just 20 days to hit this milestone, which is a testament to the incredible support of our fans.

As a reminder, season ticket holders from 2024/25 who are yet to renew for the upcoming campaign have until 4pm on Tuesday, July 1 to ensure they keep their original seat.

Season ticket sales will then close for 48 hours during the movers period – allowing supporters to relocate their tickets to a different seat – before general sale resumes on July 4.

Since the move to the Olympic Stadium there are many many more ex West Ham STH who now boast a STH at Roots Hall instead.
You say that, but the amount of people from the Southend area regularly going to West Ham games is easily more than our average home support.
It has obviously increased since the move to Stratford.

I wonder how many people from the Southend area in total regulary go to London clubs. Probably over 15k.
It is good though that we have managed to tap into some of that support.

Colchester United got excited that they sold double their season tickets to over 2’300 since May.
By that reckoning, most of their fans have season tickets. Where can they source any extra fans from? Surely their catchnemt area is much like ours but with Ipswich being the “pull” rather than Spurs, West Ham etc

A friend of mine who supported the Hammers for many many years was also a ST holder but gave it up about 4 years ago and is now a ST holder in the East Blacks. He told me there was a big group of them back in the day that all sat together for many years both at Upton Park and the Olympic stadium(?) but gradually due to so many issues, the atmosphere, getting home after matches especially night games and Sunday matches when you had to leave early, refreshment prices etc. Well he told me that the group he use to sit with is now down to just two ST holders and the only reason is as they are pensioners they still get a season for around £600 (not 100% sure of the price) but that works out at around £30+ per match but my friend who gave his ST up and is almost 70 told me when he went to a game towards the end of last season against Leicester City he was still able to sit with his mates near to his old seat but had to pay around £70 which is the adult price.

There are plenty of Spammers and Spurs fans in the Colchester area also. The only places where you don't find them is in Newham or Tottenham.
