Question Season Ticket Cards

If I remember rightly, on acknowledging renewal, the club said that new cards would be sent out by mid-July. I called the ticket office last week to be told late July....that only leaves this week then.

Has anyone actually had theirs (ticket office say new cards are being issued rather than the old ones being valid) or have any other news?

I thought it was mid-July too so good shout. I haven't got my ticket yet and obviously Ron still owes me £80 as bought my ticket before price reduction. I'm not holding my breath to get my money!

i was in the ticket office yesterday and they said you may get them end of july if not they may send tickets through to you to cover the games if season cards are not ready in time but it looks like the start of august we will get them .

Same here, told them to knock my new home shirt off the £80 Ron owes me at the MTB day and that got a laugh and a "oh, you not had it yet!"

i have it pretty much from the horses mouth that we will not have any new cards until the 2nd game of the season at the very very very best.

sounds about right the way the club is run at the moment, we will all have god knows what trouble trying to get through the turnstiles come the 1st game then.

Ticket office told me on saturday that the new cards should be arriving at the office next week and we should have them within a fortnight.

Also said we had shifted 3500 seaso's which is not too bad when you consider the state the club is in .

Factor in relegation and poor treatment of the fans i think we have done well there.

To put it into perspective col u have only shifted 1200 odd.

Why cant they just update our current ones with necessary games?

But I guess we'll see eh !

I was in the ticket office this morning, the guy said sending out over the course of this and next week so seems that's been heard from numerous people.

As an aside the ticket office, somehow, had an address for me that i moved out of 4 years ago. No apparent sign of the address I used from 2006 to earlier this year and my current address that the season card information was sent to! Very weird.

I notice it's still not possible to buy tickets online for the Stockport match or indeed any of our other home games.Taking things to the wire? :unsure:

Update on OS about season cards, what a surprise, we aren't getting them yet !!! Will be sent paper tickets for Stockport game, and no mention of the £80 refunds !!

The paper tickets will be printed on Sainsbury's receipt rolls; the new season cards will have 'Nectar Card' written on them!

..... and how long have they known when the season starts ? If the management team can't do the simple stuff, what chance the major challenges facing them.

And more expense posting out all those tickets !!! Lets hope we receive them in time for the game. Like you say though, if they'd paid the printers before, we probably wouldn't have this problem with the season cards, x

I fail to fathom this farce over season cards & first game difficulties that seem to happen every year. I have sent an email asking for the several cards we have (paid for over 7 months ago) to be sent or let us know when they are available; no reply.

As a 'customer' (fan) that is willing to pay (paid £100's), what kind of service should we expect, alot better is my response!

Wish the lower number of staff well as it would seem someone/something will take the blame from those above them.
