Season Review DVD in day early

Even the idea of the team watching this DVD and remembering how to win from last season is flawed. Its a complete joke!!!

Sorry Scriv, you are in charge of this project, therefore you should be held resposible!

Also, what has happened to the stadium DVD that was promised by Uncle Ron at the question and answer session?

Tell us CSJ why you follow Southend United.

Every one of your comments is totally negative.

Are you Sue Steer in disguise (it's difficult to tell with that black box over your head).

It makes you wonder, doesn't it?

it never ceases to make me chuckle at the dimlos on here, that would never hold southend utd at fault for anything.

even if southend were responsible for the holocaust!! some on here would say, no never not southend or they might say, oh but they are so lovely. a think there must be a breed of fan on here that is totally and utterly devoid of any cross words or criticism of the club, and I expect in their everyday life they skip along from pillar to post, without a care in their heart, clutching I expect a posy!!! ffs get real this club is run along on the lines of a non league club

not so, all some fans are saying is that some fans would hold the club responsible for the holocaust. A manufacturing **** up is not the fault of the club. Period.

Hi Dave,

Do you think it would be good PR to maybe include the word "sorry" or "apologise" in the club's statement even if it were qualified by "beyond our control blah blah"?

cheers

Why and being a customer myself , should they it really is beyond their control . Surly an apologie from the distribution/production firm is in order .

Also why do we have so many people willing to vastly over state issues by comparing a small production error to one of the worse points of human history ??

Life isnt always fair or under your control people please deal with it

Because they (the club) are the supplier in a deal with you (the customer). And mainly because it wouldn't hurt, it wouldn't cost anything and it might make some people have a warmer glow about the club's PR and attitude to them. There again it might not.

Most product recalls are the fault of the manufacturer rather than the retailer but that doesn't stop 99% of them from including an apology. Just a little courtesy.

Agree with your comment regarding inappropriate analogies though.

Its my own personal "hatred" on the wonderful customer service /PR industry . Its that attitude that drives me nuts . Everything branded and moved in specific areas on the whole "CS/PR" machine .

To me the wrong people would be apologising, there by making it worthless. And the anger etc is directed at completly the wrong people.

We've in the past rallied people to petition the club etc for our views how about we do the same on the production firm ;) .

I'm sorry but Mick's right. We haven't bought the DVD from the production company but the club. A little apology would not go amiss instead of blaming external influences

Even though they are the ones responisble for the error ?
And the fault appears not to be with the club .
sorry its with the "manufactuers" DVD for me not the club
