Yes, there is a chance, but absolutely no guarantee. Sorry that sounds so cryptic, it's not meant to be, but it's where we are. If they conclude what they need to conclude in time, perhaps we'll hear something. If it's too close to the wire and/or commercially sensitive then we might not hear much until on the day of or even during the court case.
