I will be in touch. Probably through the medium of dance.I am willing to settle the matter out of court...
Most likely was only transferring his half into her name, meaning a valuation of 340k. So his wife was compliant in his goings on back then...and all the fans who have said they don't agree with protests at the family house as his wife has done nothing !!Tax dodge? If he 'sold' it to his wife for 170k and it's worth more would that reduce stamp duty?
As I have said elsewhere, he bought the old, historic, property on the site many years ago and razed it to the ground in short order, before then building Ceausescu Villa quite a way back from the site of the original property. He has certainly lived there longer than 9 years. That 170k sounds very similar to the apparent loan that was taken out on it. Maybe RM sold it to his wife or transfered the deeds then. There is no way that house sold for 170k on the open market 9 years ago.
Capital Gains as well.Tax dodge? If he 'sold' it to his wife for 170k and it's worth more would that reduce stamp duty?
The 170K relates to the value as at 2002. His wife has been the sole owner since then according to the Land Registry. As I have said elsewhere, he bought the old, historic, property on the site many years ago and razed it to the ground in short order, before then building Ceausescu Villa quite a way back from the site of the original property.
And in no was it worth as little as £170,000 even in 2014.
Ah you didn't say thatThe 170K relates to the value as at 2002. His wife has been the sole owner since then according to the Land Registry.
Absolutely this. It will be nothing more than further Kimura bashing to try and deflect the protesting that is aimed at him. He'll try and play the victim and be 'transparent' to make it seem like his cards are on the table and it's all Kimura's fault. It's then that Kimura have to react too. Put it out there what they have offered. That will only add to the pressure on Ron to accept the offer and will also enhance a greater number of followers for the protests. The announcement tomorrow will be mud throwing absolutely nothing to do with development of the sale of the club
Apologies for that. Just checked my original post and the date Julie Dawn became sole owner, according to the Land Registry, was 2002 not as I said 2014. However there is another document at the Land Registry indicating the original purchase by Ron and Julie was back in 1986 at a purchase price of 175K. Seems that not all relevant documents are on the Land Registry website.Ah you didn't say that
It will certainly increase pressure - if it’s really true the club is available for £1 with £2.5m debts but with revised 16k stadium for £15m then that pressure won’t necessarily be in Ron….what’s the issue? Bigger stadium? Payment terms? There should be a deal to be done…Absolutely this. It will be nothing more than further Kimura bashing to try and deflect the protesting that is aimed at him. The stadium doesn't exist yet Ron has already designed it for the new owner. We know it was only designed to make him money. A totally bland stadium. I wonder how much more enthusiasm there would be if he let the new owners build "their" stadium. The guy's a control freak. It will certainly increase pressure - if it’s really true the club is available for £1 with £2.5m debts but with revised 16k stadium for £15m then that pressure won’t necessarily be in Ron….what’s the issue? Very interested to hear Kimura’s perspective..
I agree. The biggest problem must be regarding the stadium, which isn't even built or has any planning permission (revised one). How on earth can Ron dictate terms and expect a lot of money up front for something that doesn't even exist? He is therefore asking for the buyer to trust him to be good to his word and actually build it further down the line in exchange for money now. That's absolutely ridiculous! Who in their right mind would trust that man? I just don't see how either side will agree terms. Both sides seem so far apart in what they want.It will certainly increase pressure - if it’s really true the club is available for £1 with £2.5m debts but with revised 16k stadium for £15m then that pressure won’t necessarily be in Ron….what’s the issue? Based on your interpretation yes. But on the other side maybe Kimura don’t want to pay a penny for the stadium until built? Surely not?Equally unattractive IF it were the case? I have no idea. Logically pay according to stage payments would be the compromise for both parties? Is this on the table? You may have personal knowledge of what is offered- I have no idea, and am very keen to hear from both sides.I agree. Hold on. For this to work he would have to delay putting in the planning for a new stadium until he already has a buyer? Not sure that’s realistic? The stadium doesn't exist yet Ron has already designed it for the new owner. We know it was only designed to make him money. A totally bland stadium. I admire your sentiments, but, fact of life, we are not entitled to know anything from Kimura as we have no financial or share holder involvement/interest in this deal.We need to hear from the K group
I feel like after the tweets of hope they are now ghosting us?
They leaked stories when they wanted to rile up the supporters and then radio silence for a month
I feel like they are also playing a bad game here and starting to loose my goodwill and maybe frustration setting in.
We need to know
1) what were the heads of terms agreed
2) what was found in DD
3) where the **** are we now and what needs to be done to close this deal
