Breaking News Released and retained players

I wonder whether we will go for Hart on a year's loan. With Hendrie and Coker off we are light there, and Demi isn't the answer.

Kyp and JW can cover. But yes a left back and a decent CB will be top of the shopping list. Then a wide mid and a couple of decent loans with first team appearances under their belt and we should be Ok.

I think we are obliged to continue his treatment .
Even if not contractually, I would like to believe morally

I'm not sure I'd agree with that logic, he turned down a new contract before he got injured and therefore decided to leave himself. the injury was unfortunate but one of the risks of being a professional footballer

Where did you buy this colouring book?

personaly sad to see Hendrie and Wabo go, thought under the new management they both may have shone. good luck to all thats left today, thank you for being part of SUFC in some capacity.

I think Coker has a case of 'the grass is greener' and has had a real chip on his shoulder all season. It's the right decision him not staying with us as he could have potentially turned in to a bad egg within the group. Plus with his injury record over the past 2 seasons there comes a time when you just have to move on. I have been very vocal on the whole Coker subject but as a player I have a lot of respect for him and what he's done whilst at the club, but as a person (from what I know about him) I'm really not keen.

I agree with all the players released but would rather a few contracts been ripped up such as Kightly and Oxley (never ever been a fan). I still see Robinson leaving and maybe Macca.

I feel for Turner as I think he's been a really professional whilst being here. After a sticky start, he had a really good season last season, just not really up to it at times this season just gone. Best of luck to him and all the other lads.

Ah yes, Norman Wabo..... the missing man. Good luck to him with another club which might give him the first team experience he needs. I'm sure he will do well if given the opportunity.

Emilie s contract extension signalled Norms slip down the pecking order .
Shame but hope he bounces back. Hendrie is a strange one to me given that it basically leaves us with Kyla , who won’t be ready for the new season

Not really - Emile is on a scholarship rather than pro deal. It was Kelman who replaced Wabo.

Interesting use of words on the OS about Ben Coker

It sounds like he had already decided to go - maybe there is actually a decent offer on the table from Lincoln?

Club PR when a popular player leaves.

Why isn’t Demi the answer?

The new manager didn’t seem interested in picking either.

.

If that happens it will be later. Ron will want to see if anybody is interested before he pays off anyone.

No real surprises there if I am honest.
Mr KB will want to build and make his stamp on his own team and I do believe we have some good players at the club.
Really pleased for John White and thinks he thoroughly deserves another season with us as he turned out to be a Mr Reliable.
I personally am hoping to see Hart & Moore come back.

Let’s all now pray that the team has a good Pre-Season and the existing players work on fitness before the start of the next season as I do think that was some of our downfall last season.

Bye Coker, you will be 30 next month, high risk with injuries, some are questioning your attitude and will you be the same player!

We've had your best, hope the downward slope is greener grass
