Exactly the two clubs I still hate today - absolutely loathe the pair of them. Birmingham for stealing perhaps our one and only chance of the big time; Grimsby for helping to create, perhaps, the grimmest day of football I've ever endured. And it's a sh*th*le.

Mentions of the mythical Toon Army rile me considerably. Where were you when you were sh*t? (Only 14,000 of you turned up when the Shrimpers came to town) You are not the best fans in the country, nor is your club everyone's "second favourite team". GOT IT?!

Don't think I really dislike anyone else - I'm hugely indifferent to most of them. Soft spots for Airdrie, Ipswich and Man City, through family & friends.

For me i dislike anyone thats not Southend......

Apart from the few i really really hate...........scum,orient,west spam,millwall,leeds(everyone hates leeds apart from leeds fans)luton and mk dons(because its wrong).

The others i just hate.............

I'm really not that bothered by many clubs. The only three clubs i could say i hate are man u, Chelski and Galascum.

Other then that i don't really like Preston, Ipswich and Swansea. Preston mainy because of Billy Davies, Ipswich because they used to play football doesn't mean you have a divine right to succed, Swansea because of their ignorance last year and the same reasons as Ipswich. I wouldn't say there is any club in this league i dislike apart from perhaps Leicester, that said i haven't got alot of time for any of the 67 clubs who voted against us.

It makes me and the majority of Leeds fans proud that we top these kind of polls still, only last year we were voted the most disliked team in the UK. Not bad for a league one club. Whilst people feel something when they hear our name we will always be different to most.

Apart from the obvious (Orient, COl U and Brighton) I really hate as follows

* Hull - Roughest place ever and always a dive and scummy fans
* Grimsby - Everyone there is a tramp and hate there crap ground.
* Tranmere - Like Britain during the blitz
* Bristol Rovers - Always cheating *******s and I really hate Steve Phillips for some reason.

Similar to me, except the total opposite, I don't have time for any clubs that didn't vote against you. Having spent 5 years living in Leeds watching the disgraceful behaviour of their fans over and over again. Singing songs about the munich air disaster and I don't mean just 1 or 2, I mean sitting in pubs and watching hundreds of people sing it.

Hate is a strong word but I despise your club and most of your fans.

Well my pet HATES are
WET SPAM - Never seen them loose in a match i've attended no matter what the team (thought I was on to winner a few years back when I purposfuly attended Ipswich v WEt Spam how wrong I was 2-0 to the Spam) Missed the 1-0 Barry Fry win as I did not want to jinx us!:thump:

ARSENAL - First memory of football watching them win the double was with a room full of Tottering supporters that did not help! Awful day and memory has stuck with me for ever only placated by Barca beating them in the Chumps Final. :'(

SPLEEDS - Arsenal of the north;)

LIVERPOOL - was glad when all those Crown shirts went in the cupboard never to be seen again, that was until Houlier inflicted them on us again, plus being surrounded by 150 of them braggin about how they were the dogs bol###s after beating Chelski in the Charity Dingle did not raise my cheer for their supporters.:thumbdown:

GRIMSBY - Arsenal of the lower league:D

Blackpool - The spoty oik who was goading us from the safety of the green netting b4 the kick off at the LDV.... And the Lino and Ref who could not see the Blackpool forward with his arms folded and havin a cup of tea in our penalty area recieving the ball rather surprised too to make it 1-0:madman:


Darren Ferguson - For scoring his tap in and the continual screen images thrown at us V Wrexham of his dad (Foster won the game for them that day... How Barret's bullet header never went passed him i don't know?):puke

But it also led to a great day out and the Millenium Stadium, and (more importantly) led the semi against Northampton that led to the start of this thread!

I hate West Ham for trying to cash in on our downfall by opening a club shop directly in front of one of the main train stations where opposition fans travel to on a matchday, the sight of claret and blue makes me hurl, the fact that their probation-magnet Stone Island clad trainee thugs muddy our beautiful clean waters every Summer and love it so much that they end up moving down here, still insistent that 'East London is full of t!ts, f@nny and West Ham', and how wonderful it is.

West Ham would be the one club I would actually want to go bust....I have more respect for Col U, because whilst they are scum, they are at least (loosely) based in Essex, unlike the Hamsters, who aspire to be from Essex.

Absolute scum....just contemplating writing this post made me angry!

In terms of other disliked teams....

Grimsby - One of the worst days supporting Southend, and because their fans stopped us from playing the last 7 minutes of the game forcing the ref to blow up early. The place and people also look like Chernobyl, circa 1 month after the explosion.

Lincoln - For playing **** football since they were formed

Tottenham - THE most ungracious fans in the history of British football....celebrated against us like they had won the treble after scoring a 118th minute offside goal.

Millwall - Don't need a reason...joke club with fans who were spawned from erroneous test tube experiments

Orient - Ahhh you know what, I actually feel sorry for them, but the place is an abomination, and they always seem to get results against us at the Hall.

West Ham and Col U, as others have said and for similar reasons and Tranmere, purely for the fact the female manager who caused me no end of problems and was a right cow, back in the days in the Bank, was a Scouser who supported them. So apologies to them and all that, but it's always been that association that's done it for me.

Luton not so much the club but the town, Dinsdale & Dougie Piranha had the right idea in how to wipe the town off the map.

Franchise FC, a warning for every club that with the backing of the FA your club could become a franchise.

Like others Hull & Grimsby having lived and worked in both I can attest they are absolute ****ing dumps with no redeeming features apart from the journey home.
