So I've just found out today that Neil Harris's sister works at the same company as me and I've been chatting to her for 5 years and had no idea, even though her surname was Harris till she got married. Apparently Neil is always telling her if anyone wants anything signed to get them to give it to her and he will do the needful.

Does anyone else work with any of the players rellies and not know for a period of time.

Incidentally, Stimmo's wife used to work at my place too but I knew that from day one

Hmmmm .... ?

Not the same, but went to pick my daughter up from school over Christmas, and saw Harris there picking up his kids. Turns out his boy is in the same class as my daughter. She hasn't had any pocket money since for with-holding this information! She's under strict orders to best friend Harris Junior in order for her pocket money to resume.

This sounds made up but I promise you it aint..

Few years a ago I was starting training with 3 other noobs at my company. One happened to be Steve Finnan's (ex Liverpool) cousin, another was Marlon Harewood's (Nott.Forest) niece or 2nd cousin, and the third was related through marriage to Younis Mahmoud (Captain of Iraq). I felt a bit left out :'(

No Southend players unfortuately

I used to work with Stimmo's niece.

Following Blue Wes, our neighbour's boy is in the same class as Andy Frampton's son. Not Southend, but still impressive.

I think Paul Clark's missus works locally as receptionist at a "tyre specialists" :winking:, certainly the wife of an ex-player just can't remember who now!

I worked with Tony Hadleys uncle.

Not the Southend player, the Spandau Ballet singer.

I did live over the road to Glen Pennyfather's sister though, and he popped in my house once.

Good times.

Man at pub I go to at work is Gary Alexanders father in law, unfortunately I havent seen him since his wayward son in law joined the creepies.

I know a fair few wealthy and not so wealthy 'celebs' , sports professionals... but to work with? I have dealings (above table) with Mark Noble's cousin.

I used to play golf with a chap who was always telling me all sorts of tittle-tattle about stuff going on behind the scenes at Roots Hall. Last couple of years he has seemed a bit miffed whenever I ask him for any info and claimed for a while he had lost touch as he was working somewhere up north.
