Think I will stay up until TUIB comes on here to say the play-offs are back on……
Can I go without sleep for six weeks though???
Tangled has said over and over, we will not be making the play-offs this season. Are you still so sure Tangled? With Gateshead and Altrincham in freefall, suddenly, we have every chance.

Really important to keep feet on the ground and just grind out results. Some tough fixtures coming up..
every match will be tough ,no easy opponents in this league. All iare either fighting for a play off position or to escape relegation. These last 9 fixtures will not only test the metal of the players but also the ability of Maher and Co,

We need a run now to wibble their wobble! It’s one from us, Altrincham and Rochdale. We need to create a little panic and nervousness
We’re already on a run. We just need to continue it. I feel a Keegan moment coming.

I’d love it, I’d ****ing love it if we made the play offs (even if we don’t get through them).

Maher out eh?

Just circled back to this thread and the poll. I note the question, can we make it? The answer is clearly yes, we can. There are enough points left to play for that it is mainky in our hands still.

However, had the question been will we make it? In my eyes, probably not. There are too many variables, and despite much better performance and results of late, i am not sure we have done enough this season. Will be very happy to be proved wrong!

SOUTHEND United’s play-off push has been helped by an unexpected series of results in the National League tonight.

The Shrimpers remain three points behind seventh placed Rochdale after Dale were beaten 3-2 at home by Boston United.

Rochdale did still have two games in hand on Blues but they were not the only play-off pushing side to lose this evening.
