Totally, cut off the benefits of radicals by treating everyone as fellow human beings gaining and giving sufficient trust to allow for any clerics preaching hate to be dispatched by the community as opposed to tolerated.
Give them the opportunity to embrace the European Cultures rather than destroy them. Respect not fight your hosts by not alienating them.

Well yes because then the skinheads would be doing something illegal, they get arrested once they are committing crimes, not because they are skinheads. Also only the skinheads commiting the crime would be arrested, not every skinhead in England. What you are suggesting is arresting skinheads before they have done anything because some skinheads will commit crimes (I'm sure your last two points were aimed at the refugees but as it stands France allows them in without passports if they qualify as a refugee, so that isn't illegal either).

Your figures are based on total refugees rather than those coming into Europe hence the difference....or at least I think that's what it is!

The long lines of people queuing for their ferry ticket to board the Greek ferry was overwhelmingly male,I would guess 80% at least.

Why do some people have such a problem understanding the difference between a refugee from a war torn country who has the right to claim asylum in the West. And an economic migrant from a safe country who has no right to claim asylum or enter Europe even if he is 'only trying to better himself'.

What exactly are the left so afraid of that they won't even acknowledge the difference.

Or some people have a hatred of other human beings and when other human beings are leaving a country that for years has been bombed by the dictator in charge, bombed by terrorists and bombed by other nations they still want to paint everyone leaving that country as 'gasp' trying to improve their lives.
