NL Streaming Platform Launched

Refund for me too today, same emails as above received from our new friend Ryan etc. I'll fritter it away watching the Notts Co game, feed permitting / match going ahead permitting.

Still no refund for me yet, I'll give it to the end of the day before I chase up.

Edit: Scratch that, just got the refund email

Had my refund as well. I emailed myself just as the match finished so to be fair they've done what I asked.

Refunded for maidenhead but not bromley. I'll settle for that.
Why should we.The stream was poor for both games Bromley they refused to acknowledge there was a problem when we all know there was hence no refund.Clearly they have acknowledged the Maidenhead game was poor hence refunds given which is good news for those that purchased.
Personally I am going to be extremely careful of which away games I stream frankly the NL Streaming company has got lots of explaining to do

Remember your stream allows you to watch any match that day - so can always have a quick flick onto others to check quality. I looked at Bromley a while ago and didn't see an issue (I attended the game so can't compare to what we had), but there was commentary and could see the corners, which I think was the complaint

Thank you Ryan Ingham. at STREAM UK MEDIA SERVICES LIMITED

Just shows you what we can achieve if we ALL stick together and ALL sing with the same Blue Voice.

I have part refunded you the equivalent of 1 round of fixtures on your half season pass. This will appear in your bank account within 5-7 working days.
May I ask, once it comes, you let us know how much that comes to please? As a fellow half season pass holder, interested to know if worth my time emailing them. Cheers.

Mine has finally come through too.

This thread has been interesting for getting a sense of how many of us were watching (used advisedly) on a pretty standard Tuesday night. At £9.50 each there's a good few hundred quid accounted for in this thread alone, from people who I imagine by and large wouldn't have gone to the game otherwise. SZ is a small subset so we're easily talking thousands per game.

Whatever you think of the principle of streaming, and clearly a refund was called for on this occasion, hopefully this new money is helping the club out at a timely moment.
