Not really - new American owner - impatient - thinks you can buy success on a football pitch. They’ve slipped to 8th - four points behind the leaders - someone has to pay the price - success must be instant.

Just another crazy decision - hope they get what they deserve - mid table mediocrity.

The new owners there seemed like a nice team and very supportive, obviously being 4 points off the top of the table is a sackable offence now.

Owners state they want to move in a different direction, I assume that means down the table?

100% is a Southend fan.

Was very close to being named Ipswich boss too. Was on his way in to sign his contract, terms had all been agreed, and do his welcome to Ipswich photos/interviews etc and the Club had a change of heart and went down the route of the current boss.

Think he’d have been a great choice at Ipswich. At Gills, he has a hell of a job on his hands.

The way Ipswich have gone under their current boss, seems like they made the right decision to do a U turn on Harris at the 11th hour.
