A goal or assist every 166 minutes in 2011/12 when we would’ve gone up with 83 points in almost any other season.

For context, Cardwell is on a goal or assist every 192 minutes this season.
Please don’t try to count “assists “. It’s impossible to try to adjudge what does or does not constitute one —as I’ve said before, the player with the most assists at RH would be poor Luke Plodder (for those who never saw him,all at the wrong end !)
Despite only netting 2 in 26 appearances in the season before they got rid of him to us,Harris still averaged a goal every 3 games for Millwall, for us it was one every 5 games.
Our team’s record that season,or Cardwell’s now is singularly irrelevant.

Millwall have been excellent at The Den since Neil Harris returned in February.

They have not tasted defeat in SE16 since their all-time leading goalscorer replaced Joe Edwards as head coach with this afternoon’s result (3-1 victory against Cardiff City) their fourth victory – taking 13 points from a possible 15 on home turf.

I bet that was sweet for NH

Stepped down as Millwall manager today

would be a massive drop and is highly unlikely but would love to see him involved with the club until he finds alternative employment

He's done a brilliant job. They were battling relegation when he came back. Only Leeds have amassed more points since he came in. Millwall are not big spenders, and tend to go for lower spending bargains in the transfer market. So I would say he's over achieved with that squad. If you look at the big clubs at the top of the Championship, with much bigger spending power, then Millwall will find it difficult to be challenging for promotion with the sensible way they operate. It means the club won't go out of business, but won't get promotion to the Premiership either.

The Millwall fan on my desk has just left for the Sheffield United match tonight (it's at home, but there's a Xmas jolly beforehand). I mentioned that I saw Harris was leaving.....

....."Yep, rumour is, he's off to you lot"
