Need him back and playing very well if we are to have a surge into the play offs, imagine Tam, Laird and Tomlin back for the run in, could just get us in the top seven. In fact reverse that plus to the squad and ask the question could many teams in this division cope with losing three players of that quality

Been public knowledge since last week, hopefully he can stay fit.

He will only be here a month though.

Grant and Mkandawire are completely different.

Grant has flair.
Mkandawire has grit.

Can't wait for him to be back. We can then think about getting back on track.

If Laird, Tomlin and Mkandawire were all available for the remaining games we could win all of them.

I was watching different games to you then mate, Grant broke up play and drew fouls, I wouldn't class his drawing fouls as flair.

Tam is better than Grant, I'd agree.

Do you mean 1970's trousers?

Grant and flair dont spring to mind when I think back ?!

Hardworking and tenacious certrainly.

Lost 2 in 12 with him in the side. Won 4 in 14 without him in the side.

Come back please.

True but most of those games Tomlin was tearing most defences apart and Timlin was bossing the midfield. Both are missing. Be glad to have Tamika back but he has had another injry since he went back to Millwall and will only be here for a month.

I thought Tam was a class apart when I saw him earlier in the season and did feel he'd be a big loss. Hopefully the club can find some loophole that lets us keep him for the season but I too understand we'll only be able to get one more month out of him.

Would be great news.......is there time for him to help us get our play-off juggernaut back on the road again? Laird perhaps not coming back as rapidly as thought?

He'll be here for 7 of the 11 league games left. Even for a month that's a huge boost to our chances of making the top 7.

Tomlin and Timlin were both in the team before Tam joined and we were poor.

Laird and Tam joining are what transformed us, and when they left we lost our way again. (which obviously made even worse with Tomlin and Timlin)

Great news if it comes off. He'll make a big difference in out team.

Welcome back / home Tam!!
Free agent in the summer.......a good run-in / Wembley result might lead to him hanging around on the Essex riveria

Don't get too excited yet - we are only assessing his fitness following yet another injury picked up directly after he returned to Millwall

Good news but we need Laird, Phillips, Barker and Tomlin back asap as well if we are going to really motor from hereon in. Relatively speaking, we've a lot of ground to make up.

I really rated Mkandawire when he was here. That's not an easy position to play but he made it look effortless and he is a decent passer of the ball as well.
