Sounded like a dreadful performance once more. I’m a big fan of Kev but even for me now this is the edge. Poor performances week after week, fans now turning. Are the players even good enough? We just don’t know any more.

Hayes in goal our best player says it all. How anyone wants to give Maher until the summer is beyond me. Sentimental, blind loyalty will not get us out this league. It would be out of pity, not sense. He is failing. No other manager would have had so much grace and goodwill. Keep him and we stay here for years, replace and we may just start improving results and performances. Never pleasant but absolutely necessary after Sittingbourne and today.

They don’t just want to give him until the summer they want to give him the summer and some of next season. Madness

When you say you are a big fan of Kev. Is that Kev the former captain, Kev the guy who did well during turbulent times under Ron or Kev our current manager? Many liked 1, nearly all loved 2 but it’s hard to be a fan of this right now

Running out of comments to make about our performances. Is it Mahers fault is it the players we are bringing in just not good enough. Is it our style of play. After a lot of thought my conclusion is all three are KM fault and for me for the first time it's time for him to go.

Reverting back to defensive tactics after losing to Sittingbourne shows Maher never will learn his lesson. It’s definitely sackable.

Tbh you can have whatever formation you like. 343 last week 3412 this. We simply do not have the quality. As I’ve said before not a single one of this squad attracted an offer from the EFL. Not one I believe? We are a mid table NL side.

Nothing will improve quickly as I’m doubting we have the financial will/ability to “buy” quick progress. So it requires what we said we would have but actually have none of- patience…

That's because we are playing rubbish - most of these players showed last season they are better then this, but we have massively gone backwards and that's on the manager.

Regarding formation, we played 3 up with Kendall, Bonne and Walker, which was working.

Maher, yes Maher, decided to change it last week by bringing in Hopper, which didn't work, and rather than bring Bonne on for Hopper, decided to bring a forward off for a midfielder, putting us back to 2 up.

From that point onwards, nothing stuck up top, so rather than going back to what previously worked, this stubborn excuse for a manager goes back to 2 up top from the start

Ralph isn't a LWB - I've been saying this since last season. I can see it, so why can't the management!!!

What makes it even more frustrating, is that he's our best CB, so just leave him there.

If Bridge is injured, why not try Wind there, or revert to a back 4!
