ChatGPT or this new Chinese competitor?

He sounds like a provincial law firm.
Barristers surely?

I dont think there's a cats chance in hell we'll be able to play 3 upfront constantly going forward. Leon hopefully will add that link from midfield to attack when we have the ball. People have mentioned KAF flatters to deceive, but he is on the end of a good chance everytime i see him and we've normally backed off the 3 upfront by then in the 2nd half. I see Leon as a contender to do that very job, get us a goal or assist when we have to back it off but find a way through. In a title winning team, i can still take out 3 or 4 players from their starting positions and replace with bigger stronger and better. I think we roll the dice with this lad. And so we should, forever look to improve.

Southend United are delighted to announce the signing of Leon Chambers-Parillon from Slough Town for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old has completed a move to Roots Hall, signing a deal until the summer of 2027.

“I’m over the moon,” Parillon said upon signing. “I’ve had a really positive season with Slough and to see my hard work pay off to get a move to a massive club like Southend is a huge honour. I’m delighted and really looking forward to meeting the fans.

“When I spoke to the Head Coach, the Head of Football and the rest of the backroom staff, they all showed a genuine interest in seeing me play numerous times. They explained how they want to develop my strengths. There’s always stuff to work on but they showed I can play a key part in this team and when I heard that it was music to my ears.”
As soon as I get the ball I want to play forward and hurt defences.

Parillon was in the academies of Luton Town and Aston Villa before he joined Oxford United in 2020. The midfielder made his EFL debut off the bench against Charlton Athletic in March 2021, while also gaining vital first team experience with six separate loan spells in non-league.

Following his release from Oxford, Parillon moved to Hitchin Town in 2022 and a year later he signed for Slough Town in the National League South. This season he has scored five goals for the Rebels.

“I’m a high energy, box-to-box midfielder and someone who likes to take people on and commit defenders,” Parillon added. "As soon as I get the ball I want to play forward and hurt defences.

“I got a taste of the football league at Oxford but it wasn’t for as long as I wanted. That’s how football careers can go and it’s just made me really hungry to get back there.

“Whilst dropping down into non-league is a route lots take, they’re not easy leagues to play in and you’ve got to learn quickly how to win games of football and be part of a team. Once I started to pick up other parts of the game that matter it’s really propelled me in the right direction.”
