Kacper Lopata

We discussed it, and we felt it was strongly worded but in the context of the situation - and on a football forum it is a perfectly reasonable thing to see. You’ve been told a thousand times that we moderate as little as possible and allow where we can. We could here.

Going back to your previous to and fro with RHB, this post illustrates why you’ll never be a mod. It’s not the modding decision, it’s the sanctimonious ‘look at me’ when you reported a post and the mods disagreed… lo and behold you’re back on the forum digging us out. This doesn’t come across as though you’re an amenable team player, let alone someone who can accept other people reviewing the same situation and drawing a different conclusion / opinion from it.

I’m sorry you don’t like murkey’s post, but we think it’s just about the right side of the line and it’s staying.
That says all about your own personal standards. Deplorable.

Give over chaps. Leave the personal bickering for Facebook or Twitter. And Murkey mate, tone it down a bit. No need to mention BJs in this context - save that for chatlines.

Now back on theme. I've no idea how Tuesday will work out. I don't blame KL for doing what he did although he could have been more dignified about it. On the other hand we need the money from any transfer........ Difficult.

Southend will not win the appeal, they lost once already
From the few posts you’ve made since you joined the forum I assume you’re not a fan or go to games and that maybe you’re part of Kacpers management team ? You repeatedly say he wasn’t paid for months on end which is at odds with the general consensus that unlike the back room staff the players were paid. One month it was 28 days late. No problem if you are and your view is an interesting addition to the debate but it would be nice to know.

Not sure how this will all work out for him, he is now not playing regular first team football or training in a professional environment. I really can't say this is a good career move for him. He would have done better moving in the summer.

It was what was right for his family !!

This is absolutely ridiculous, no player has loyalties, it’s their job. That they weren’t getting paid for.

Quite frankly I don’t think Kasper or his agent will give a toss what murkey mouse has got to say about him when the lad wasn’t being paid. If you didn’t get paid for months in your job you’d leave too. Or would you stay because “loyalty” is soo important to your colleagues 😂😂
What makes a lie of this is players absolutely demand loyalty when it comes to their contract. They sign for three years and if they spend that time injured, unfit, disinterested, underperforming they still expect the contract to be honoured. Yes one month he was paid 4 weeks late. Even if this was a material breach, it was an isolated material breach. I have no doubt there is no way he would get away with walking in the EFL- I suspect the fact that we are in a tin pot league managed by muppets has provided the opportunity.

Whatever our understandable desire for our much maligned chairman to fail in everything, we shouldn’t be celebrating a player’s opportunism to get one over the club. Interesting that the a player who was the one most keen to be seen kissing the badge, turned out to be the one player in a loyal squad to whom the badge meant the least…

I see he was left out of the Poland international teams... So much for highly rated by the Polish FA...

🎶 Viva super agent Arfan Rehman 🎶

Nothing to do with standards though does it. You’ve obvious led a very sheltered life if the phrase “go fourth and multiply” offends you so.

I take it that was a typo. The phrase is 'Go forth and multiply' and the use of such vocabulary is recognised as a sign of a limited ability to express oneself articulately.

Yes he was late being paid by why stick around as did the rest of the squad .whaiting for his wages .Then boom 2 months pay goes into his bank .HE is put on the bench for a match as many have before him .Then all of a sudden it all kicks off .AS with Sheffild he behaves like a spoilt brat being lead by the nose by a fat cat agent .I for one never want him in our club again who ever the chairman is .And i back the club 1005 i.In trying to get a fee for the player .

This situation is an interesting one. On the one hand there has probably been a breach of contract by the club for non payment of wages and perhaps other things in the contract we are unaware of. However he is under 24 and has a transfer value that I would have thought cannot just be ignored to make him a free agent. In particular Sheffield United’s percentage cut from any future transfer surely can’t be invalidated because we have breached contract.

Best player we have signed for years and we have lost every game since he walked but I don't want him back now because he let his team mates and us supporters down shamefully.

Not being paid is totally unacceptable and I wouldn't work for free so don't totally blame him but feel he could have waited until the end of the season.
