Staff costs to place on seats, etc. if every seat sold has one (unlikely) that's 50p each piece of card. The ones at RH had printing on the other side I think as well. I can see how costs could mount.

Personally would prefer it was spent on something more lasting and/or momento of the day - flags, scarfs etc. But I have no idea what's planned and don't won't to appear critical - hats off to the organisers, whatever it is will be an amazing effort to produce at short notice

Arrived back from holiday yesterday and catching up on all posts.

I must say reading the zone is making me quite emotional and I am close to tears.

In my 60 years supporting Blues I think if (when) we win at Wembley it will be the best experience I have had with Blues. Cardiff and Wembley finals were brilliant but this achievement would top the lot.

All I can say is THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART to everyone involved in rescuing this club from where it had been disgustingly sent by, (sorry, anger must not take over and off topic slightly). This club and every member of the owners, staff and players and most supporters should be so proud of what we all have achieved. There will be some disappointment going forward but, that is life, but ladies and gentleman SOUTHEND UNITED ARE BACK
