Breaking News Joint Fundraiser with Southend United/The Trust and TBV

Some, hopefully, constructive, feedback. I'm not 100% sure the coloured cards work for those in the stadium. I didn't know ours had the letters SUFC on it until I saw another image from a different angle after. I was pretty much on the half way line and here's the pic I took.

Hopefully not coming across as overly critical as I think overall it's a good effort.

And I don't think the cards worked at Roots Hall when it was tried at the start of the season either.

I was thinking that - the main image could it replace the black netting segregating home and away in the north? Or will it be rolled out every game and be passed along the west stand?

The never give up - it wouldn't be seen at the back of the north would it?
Not sure it should be near the away fans for fear of vandalising. I do think it should replace the netting thats over the North West corner.

The "Never Give Up" would look great at the back of a freshly built North Bank similar to Dagenham's or Barnets away ends

I loved the tifo and the colours and looked great from where i was sitting. I also understand the effort that went into this and the short turn around so well done everyone that contributed and made this happen.
Looking over at it i did wonder about the people underneath and whether they could see anything
We didn't have any coloured cards on our chair to hold but i did notice a some people walk across and remove the coloured cards from the seats for themselves - i suspect as a memento from the day and to be honest was a little cross about it but nevertheless the cards and the tifo looked great

I get the point raised, certainly from your angle you can’t really see the full impact however I assure you from the rest of the ground from a more head on approach it was entirely visible including the ‘SUFC’ cards it looked fantastic!

Yeah - I think it's great for TV - but not so great for many in the stadium, including all those under the cards/banners!

I thought it was fantastic. I was actually under it which was quite an experience. I was talking to my brother whose daughter is married to a Crystal Palace fan. He sent me this which is fantastic but I’m not sure if the Roots Hall stands could stand the strain if we tried to replicate something along these lines

Heres one at Stockholm when I was there last year - think it was celebrating an anniversary. When the east stand is rebuilt maybe there could be some planning to put the infrastructure in for something like this.
