You don't have to be in the Southend United first team squad to know a whole bunch of stuff that went on that still hasn't come out in the public domain. Believe me, it doesn't reflect well and I feel like I know enough to say emphatically that he is better off out of the town, let alone its football club.

You are Napster and I claim my £5.00.

Reckon he has ruined his career now. Can't see any teams wanting him apart from League 2 and below. Won't be long until he is playing alongside the likes of Jemal Johnson.

The Morecambe three no longer remain at the club thank god so maybe just maybe there is a way in. Very much doubt it but end of day it is the managers decision and his alone (I hope).

The "Morecambe Three" (and Peter Gilbert for that matter too) are no longer at the club no but do you really think the Bertie Big Bollox attitude of Bilel "I'm not going back to Southend and won't play lower than the Championship" Mohsni won't have ticked off the vast majority of the rest of the squad? Accept it people - THERE IS NO WAY BACK! And I wouldn't have Moshni back now anyway, he wouldn't get in the side and would destroy team spirit with his antics. Been given far too many chances and he's thrown them all back in the club's face, either ship him back out quickly in January or if we can't find anyone to take him (and I'd be shocked if we can) then pack him off back to France til the end of his contract. Sturrock's far too clever to have Bilel back thank God.....

Think he said at Pie and Pint night that he wouldn't play for club again so unless his arm is twisted I would say that was that.

Where would you play him anyway?

CB is covered by Phillips, Cresswell, Prosser & Barker. He was never a winger imo & up front if we do have to play to a target man (which I hope we dont do too much for the remainder of the season), then you have Corr.

All else aside there simply isnt a place for him in the team.

Freddy has done more than Harris has done all season and I dont see you digging at him. Players get injured and players come in and out of form. Show a bit of respect for a genuine club legend.

Hear hear.

Whats this fixation with getting at Freddy. So he hasnt lived up to expectations, but he has still contributed more than Harris and Benyon.

He has also not come out and said he never wants to come back to this club again like Bilel has.

He also is still available and a good option to have in the squad (one I hope Sturrock will actually try to make more use of).

Yes indeed and interesting to note that, I think I'm correct in saying, none of the players involved in that incident remain at the club. Whilst I totally accept an individual's right, through his religion, to maintain a high code of morality, that person doesn't have the right to criticise others who may not live up to his standards. The people involved in that affair were punished for a breach in club discipline and not for their lack of morality. In a team I would well imagine that you are thrown together with people of different, political, religious, moral and ethical views. Whilst one, privately may have criticisms of your team-mates, those should remain burried when you are involved in all club activities.

This high level of morality seemed to allow temper tantrums on and off the pitch and scissor incidents.

The guy has a screw loose and his behaviour was worse than anyone he criticised. Seeing something not go for him on the pitch and then watching him dawdle back to the halfway line in a huff whilst the rest of the team chased back outdid any good he did in my book.

He was entertaining thats for sure and had some talent, but Id actually be gutted to see him pull on a Southend shirt again.

We have proven ourselves Vs the top 10 side, expect the Burton game where there wasn't any sparks left in the team, let hope we get back on track on 1st of Jan. I like to see him join Col Ewes and watch him ruin them!

Bilel has turned down the opportunity to train with us and has gone home to France. Surprised we even want him near the club...
Confirmed by Glenn Speller on BBC Essex. What a complete tit, good riddance to bad rubbish, does this mean his contract can now be properly terminated without any cost incurred?

Can't remember if it was Sturrock or the CEO, but the unofficial minutes to the pie and pint night said that he would be fined a weeks wages for each week he did not turn up for training

What a terrible waste. I really hoped that in his time away he would have had the chance to have looked back on his actions and appreciated the mistakes he had made and come back a changed man. Then I hoped that he would ditch whoever is advising him, apologize to Sturrock and the squad and then knuckle down to being a TEAM player.

I don't agree with the 'never' attitude, couple divorce and remarry, Tevez went back to Man City, politicians do it all the time . There is always a way back, if both side’s want it and are able to make changes. Sturrock is not an idiot, he appreciates the natural ability Moshni has, but he clearly believes that the man has not and will not change.

Very disappointed, but for me the only opinion that matters is Sturrocks , and his opinion is very clear

Poor kid. Lots of players have turned their backs on us without receiving such vitriol. He's been silly, but boy was he fun. Northampton away sits in my memory alongside Juppy at Cardiff. I hope it turns out okay for him.

Or he believes that the likes of Barker (his captain), Phillips, Harris, Timlin, Clohessy, Eastwood etc who were all at the club with him last year wouldn't be prepared to welcome him back into the dressing room.

Even if Mohsni has changed, would he still be welcome back by the squad? I'm not convinced he would.
