IF that was to happen then as Russell Crowe quoted at the start of Gladiator, 'unleash hell' would occur, especially as a certain loud noise event is happening 32 days time?.
Would he be so arrogant as to consider this, who knows?.
Hopefully not as i'm sure Mrs. Rat would also give him hell, as by snippets of info from the security there, she is in a petrified personal state (?) from what's been going on, which would be minimal should he attempt to move the goalposts yet again?.
And i'm sure certain councillor's would lean on him as well, as what credibility he has left with them, would also diminish as well.
