Been on the phone 45 mins (at work) gone form 15 to 6 so hopefully will get to speak to someone soon

Update: Now got my tickets. 1:06 mins on the phone.

To be fair after my 2hr 10mins (1 hr at number 1) I emailed the ticket office explaining what had happened (plus I live 200 miles away) and they replied and I got a call back and purchased 4 tickets for the East Black's. They are looking in to the issues with the phone lines. I regularly buy away tickets over the phone and have never had a problem previously.
 
Same here. I phoned dead on 9.30 and was 8th in queue. After 20 minutes I was 1st. Then 25 minutes later I was still 1st!

i phoned the Commercial dept and spoke to a lady called Sue who took my details and said she would try and get someone to phone me back, which has just happened - big thank you to Sue!:thumbsup:
 
Average of 60 mins on the phone = nearly £7.00 extra for Ron on every phone call, maybe we can buy Ronaldo or Bale from this cup run or even a chip fryer for the food bars!!

Its 5p a minute isnt it, so £3, which goes to the phone company not Ron.
 
Having spent 2 days on the phone being told that I'm 20th in the queue each time, I took time off work this afternoon and drove the 30 miles to the ground where I got served almost immediately for the Hull game and the Chesterfield game. All of the East Stand sold out except East Blue Block (nearest to the away supporters) which has apparently just been opened up for sale for the Hull game. Apparently the West stand is going well also. (Bet South Lower is still empty though!).
Madness that you have to make such a journey just to buy match tickets. I could hear the phones ringing incessantly whilst I was there. We really need to have this sorted before we get a really big club in the next round!
 
Got through about 4:45 only to be instantly cut off. Never got a call back, despite an email promising a call "shortly" at 4pm.

I am destined not to see this match.
