Called in at 2pm .Three in front of me and one girl on telephone with two lads dealing with callers. Got 6 tickets no problem but appears green block in East stand virtually sold out.

If you are not already an East Green season ticket holder then there would only have been about 70 or so seats available in the East Greens anyway. Quite a few of those are behind the pole (no I'm not talking about our resident Polish fan Murkey Mouse although I think he sits in the East Stand!)

I'm sure most season ticket holders will go to the Hull game but there are bound to be some that wont and these seats will be released on the 18th Jan I think.

Went in around 1:00pm picked up tickets for Hull, Plymouth and Daggers no queue, but could not get a full receipt as they were having problems with the system. Could explain the delays??

yep, they are reserving the ST seats for the next week at least and then they open them general sale. Popped in and got mine today and Daggers away.
Maybe I am getting old put the ticket office staff seem to be getting younger and younger

Not sure why they are not selling on line, although neither were the Millwall tickets. Maybe you can't sell cup games on line. I phoned yesterday and got my Hull tickets, 2 STs and 2 normal. Took no more than 25 mins. A mate went down today and bought our daggers tickets, 12 of us going.

I'm sure someone will know. Is there a specific reason why they aren't selling the Hull tickets online?

- G.

It's to do with season ticket holders getting a discount, I guess they can't verify that you're a season ticket holder on the online system, it was the same for Millwall

And the online system doesn't prevent people from taking reserved season card holders seats, so therefore can't use the online system in games where they reserve seats for season card holders

Using that logic what is wrong with selling non discounted tickets to non season ticket holders on the on line system. This would free up the phones for season ticket holders so everyone wins

There would still be the issue of stopping them from buying seats in season ticket holders seats, the online system doesn't prevent this

That makes zero sense. For every match the on line system does not offer for sale season ticket seats. Think about it, if it did there would be carnage every home match

Still trying to get mine. Called the ticket office as soon as it opened and was 11th in the queue. Just tried again and I was 18th.

I'm not sitting around spending 9p a minute.

Can I suggest that you ring the club main office number and leave a message for the ticket office. I got a call back within 2 hours and got a ticket.
