Seems national league tend to give out suspended point deductions, so hopefully we won't get a physical deduction (yet). Having said that, our chances of the playoffs are rapidily evaporating. A 12 point deduction (seems unlikely as Dover had to do quite a lot to get that) would put us in 26 points and a little close to the drop zone and with players not being played, that could easily become a very big issue.

Fully agree, I don’t even know if that is potentially a good thing if Martin Dawn get wound up or not (seems an odd thing to say). You would think that the 8th Feb (thanks @The Big Dady ) would give us an indication if the chairman plans to get sort this loan or not. That’s my own personal view and possibly far too simplistic.
That was my first thought. If the outstanding amounts were paid in full that would indeed be a good sign. But this is Ron. He'll probably wave another piece of paper at the judge that indicates a bridging loan is a matter of days away and he'll be able to pay the full amounts by the end of the month. If he gets an adjournment we'll be none the wiser and still be biting our nails for 4 more weeks, though I'm already down to my knuckles.

Are the three companies mentioned owed money by SUFC? As has been said Ron might be happy to let them go to the wall as his business interests might now be vested in the FF related companies. If so would it write off any debts we owe them? But would it ban Ron from being a Company Director elsewhere?

Although quite humorous, your last sentence raises an issue that for the most part, is usually overlooked.

I wonder how the dreadful, appalling state of this poor club has affected the wellbeing of many of its fans. ??

It cannot be quantified, but I reckon this loathsome regime has probably inflicted a hell of a lot of damage on many of its loyal supporters.

What price have we had to pay in terms of worry, anxiety, fear, stress, depression, dejection, misery and despair. ??

. I wonder if that ”person” ever catches himself in a mirror, and truthfully regrets what he’s done to us all. ??

Pigs might fly eh ??

I speculated some time ago if PG Site Services owners could be in the running to be our new owners. This just throws abit more fuel on that fire.
Yup. But don’t forget it’s all about the fans and not some egos in suits

It’s not just him. There’s other sharks Circling in the water here atm

Quite clearly we are in a famous creek with no paddle. Many are calling for transparency but, there is a reason you are not privy to all the facts. It's because you cannot help. It is literally none of our business. Ron will be talking to those can can affect change. Those with money on tap. That ain't us. If you want to know everything about a business you had better own it.

I'm not excusing RM. His late paying of wages has put an end to any slack I gave him. What a dreadful mess and awful way to treat people

The upshot is we are fans. We have no right to demand information or anything else.

Good luck to those that propose a phoenix club. I hope your jumpers don't get too muddy being used as goal posts. Right now, loathe RM or not, we need to hope he comes good. We need to look at any possibility of helping him because he is our only hope of keeping what we have alive. If that's too bitter for your palate then find a new trough to chomp at. There is only one SUFC and I prefer to keep it
That reads as though Martin has just dictated it to you ! 😂😂

Ron Martin must be aware as some of the fans know where he live, if the club closed down on 1st of march, he and his family’s will face an living hell for rest of their live, that it’s would cost him more to beef up security and hire security mens to protect them from angry SUFC mobs.
