NoLegally, do the fans have a leg to stand on in terms of getting Ron out before the club dies?

It was a late submission but would think it was credible enough in a short space of time for the judge to agree to another adjournment.Didn't the judge and HMRC brief say they hadn't seen the document provided by Ron prior to the court appearance? And it turned out docs were submitted day before.
Doubt there was much checking.
Would be surprised if he told someone else. He's keeping it close to his chest for sureSomeone on Facebook is saying Ron has told the Shrimpers Trust he can’t pay. Can anyone from the Trust shoot this down?
I trust absolutely nobody in this situationMy feelings on this at present and what Stan has posted somewhere ,Yes i do believe RM is winging it at present in hope of getting a bridging loan , but i also believe in the next few he will come to realise if its not going to happen days ,then he will come to an agreement to sort a deal out with investors to sell the club in a manner that wont effect his own outcome to badly. I also believe SVC will have had a hand in finding these investors and god willing save the club we all love so much. If this does come about i hope also SVC gets to have a bigger say in the running of the club in the future, as im sure he can be a major help help to the investors if they are not to familiar with this club or the running off a football club . Anyway thats my take on this, im now beginning to understand all the negative comments by supporters more ,they are showing their way of the love and care they have for this club in the only way they can . RM do the right thing by the supporters the club and the backroom staff and players, in the end you will also be doing the right thing by your family .
That is your perogative Kat-r ,but in SVC i trust, in Kev and co and JS ,TL i do believe we have the makings off a very good backroom team ,all we need is a decent owner andthis wonderful club can rise again, we have to trust somebody without trust there is absolutely no hope and hope is all we have at present im afraid .I trust absolutely nobody in this situation
Rm has a few options. Pay up on the way to a massive pay day. Or sell with planning permission attached and receive a very large pay day.He could lose it if external party agrees to pay off debts at x amount of pence to pound Etc. When in admin everything is for sale.
Yes, agree they are insolvent but they would get away with being that way far longer and he's playing for time.
I hope that is the case re the planning permission that states in fact that development cannot happen without a football club. We will find out I guess.
I really really hope I'm wrong. I did warn all this was coming with Ron many many years ago.
But at least there is always the very faint possibility that the next owner might just have a tiny bit of interest in seeing the football club thrive and a tiny bit of empathy with the fan base, ….unlike the “toxic one” who has all but destroyed us.Rm has a few options. There’s no way the club will collapse with those two tasty offers available to him.
I think he’s a greedy capitalist but guess what? The next owner will be exactly the same so yes be angry at him but don’t for a second think he’s replacement will be any better
Sorry, I’m just cynical. From what I’ve heard and observed I just don’t believe that Is a possibility. It’s the fans club. Come back to me if the new owner treats it as suchBut at least there is always the very faint possibility that the next owner might just have a tiny bit of interest in seeing the football club thrive and a tiny bit of empathy with the fan base, ….unlike the “toxic one” who has all but destroyed us.
i disagree. I believe the loan will come through and he’s laughing all the way to his payday knowing no matter what he does or how staff or treated enough people will pay to watch matchesSounds like the words of a man in the last chance saloon. Steve Dale insisted all was going to be fine at Bury, until it wasn't...
I will again ask, can the Trust please come forth to outline contingency plans that were alluded to last week? Fans need to know what we can realistically do in the face of non-payment.
( I obviously don’t include any of that “persons” usual 5 or 6 stooges, plants and fanboys here on the zone, but the rest of you can give yourselves a monster pat on the back)

Are 'fanboys' the same as 'ladyboys' ?Under that dreadful “person” ……., things have become so toxic, so hopeless, so embarrassing, so sickening, so fuggin awful, that it surprises me that there is any fan base left at all. Says a lot about SUFC and the quality of their fantastic supporters.

best fans anywhere I reckon.
He'd have to make sure he declares everything...I wonder if he's any properties he could sell?
Where is this statement from Stan a few mentioned here

Morning all, Met Ron this morning in London to go through several items on an agenda that I put to Ron and Tom recently. I have nothing to do with the finances of the club, that's not part of my role or remit whatsoever, my role today was to outline what I feel is important in galvanising...www.shrimperzone.com
