Surely it is cheaper to actually pay what he owes when asked, than to go this route every time?
Absolute madness to be in this situation.
The biggest day ....One of the biggest days in our clubs history tomorrow.
I have supported this club through thick and thin. Mostly thin for 67 years never did i believe it would come to this. I am a heartbroken old man.The biggest day ....
Hang on in there. It's never over till it's over. We have hope until then ....I have supported this club through thick and thin. Mostly thin for 67 years never did i believe it would come to this. I am a heartbroken old man.
I'm sure the judge would want some evidence of that. Trouble is, how much patience is the judge willing to give?I wonder if we might hear some basic details of another buyer or buyers in court, should Kimura and Ron fail to agree terms, as is looking likely this evening.

Come On You Shrimpers!
Highly doubt it's the court's place to enforce a sale simply because it's the right thing to do. They would need a good and water-tight legal reason to do so.I’m sure someone will know the answer,
Could the judge force a sale through for the nominal £1 if there is a buyer with a credible offer that would pay all outstanding monies, if the deal was being blocked by the established ownership that could stop any monies being paid?
True, interest on late payments aren’t expensive. The legal fees for constantly going to court however..Not really. I have only just paid my corporation tax bill from January. I was pleasantly surprised how little it cost me in interest.
Will depend on the strength of the evidence and credibility of the mystery buyer I suppose.I'm sure the judge would want some evidence of that. Trouble is, how much patience is the judge willing to give?
Can you see this deal not happening thenI wonder if we might hear some basic details of another buyer or buyers in court, should Kimura and Ron fail to agree terms, as is looking likely this evening.
I don't think anyone can answer that with conviction. But it's looking less likely by the hour. Like everyone else I am praying it's done, but gut feel is an adjournment tomorrow. We will have to see what the damage is, if that's what happens. Can you see this deal not happening then
It's so depressing we're all hoping for another adjournment. Sadly that's currently our best hope, which would then see us with 13 players, most of who will go, and kicked out of the NL with Kev and co following the door. Thanks Ron.I don't think anyone can answer that with conviction. But it's looking less likely by the hour. Like everyone else I am praying it's done, but gut feel is an adjournment tomorrow.
