People are forgetting though, that more VAT and PAYE is slowly building up subsequent to the amount on the WUP. As soon as the WUP is cleared, HMRC will issue another one for the more recently accumulated debts. This is exactly what happened in March, and found ourselves back in court in May.

On the plus side we have a substantially smaller squad now so there will be less tax to be late on.

I have been alluding to this.

Bear in mind that 20% of the sums paid in respect of ST is VAT.
