if we haven't paid the HMRC, which seems likely as they didn't support the adjournment, then we are under an embargo and right now we cant even have trialists. So I would suggest that we may not be able to meet our obligations as it stands right now

All we can hope for now is a reprieve from NL until end of the month and that all debt can be settled by a new owner before then. If not, we are toast. No way are the NL allowing us to start the season as we are. Until then, status quo.

we cant sign anyone due to the embargo. if they allow us to sign 3 under the emergency rules we cannot pay them too much and are restricted to the length of contract or something.

The judge is only interested in the likelihood of the creditors/petitioners being paid eventually. He/She is not concerned about footballing matters and League regulations. As we all know though, this is the major concern now, will we be able to fulfill our fixtures etc.
