We have 13 players and a transfer embargo that has had a longer contract than Jacob Mellis. Surely that doesn't meet their obligations.
As off today- correct. That doesn’t mean the same will be true next week, week after.

I’m not saying it’s not ****e, clearly it is, but it doesn’t mean 100% that the league will throw us out
 
if we haven't paid the HMRC, which seems likely as they didn't support the adjournment, then we are under an embargo and right now we cant even have trialists. So I would suggest that we may not be able to meet our obligations as it stands right now

we cant sign anyone due to the embargo. if they allow us to sign 3 under the emergency rules we cannot pay them too much and are restricted to the length of contract or something.
