if we haven't paid the HMRC, which seems likely as they didn't support the adjournment, then we are under an embargo and right now we cant even have trialists. So I would suggest that we may not be able to meet our obligations as it stands right now

How do you propose we meet the leagues requirements. We have to settle all debt with HMRC and footballing debt including wages. They might give us until 31st July, but we have no players and are under an embargo, not sure how we fulfil our fixtures or even provide the required medical care that is compulsory. I’m not sure how we can satisfy the league requirements in the current situation.
