I always thought his interviews were fishy,

It's so refreshing to listen to the chairman who you can trust to deliver the clubs aims so in total contrast with the previous one who said a lot but failed to deliver.
Its going to take time for the changes to take place obviously some can take place earlier whilst major ones like redevelopment of the ground will take longer but we can believe it will eventually happen.Exciting times lay ahead both on and off the field.

Well done Justin & COSU. Justin is a very good speaker. After 20 years of being treated like idiots and mushrooms by the former regime, this is very refreshing and appreciated.

All we want to see is care, hard work and transparency. If something good is done, shout about it. If something bad has happened and you need our help, ask us. Involve us. Engage us. We will do the rest and back you in huge numbers.

I look forward to regular comms with more meat on the bones, in due course. This is a great start at re-building those bridges, with many hurt and disillusioned fans.

Really good to hear from Justin. Good professional interview with realistic answers to sum up our current position and provide a tangible perspective, which we can use as a benchmark to see how we progress over the course of time.

Interesting interview. He mentioned the £2m pa losses. The finances of NL football are baffling. Does that mean Barnet with their large squad and 900 fans are losing £5m a year ? With what they've put in already makes you think that when the stadium plans are fleshed out any non revenue promoting upgrades will be very much a slow burn. Hopefully a decent season ahead, big crowds, plenty of beer and food consumed and maybe even a promotion to get the EFL money next year. They're investing in the squad so pressure to see a return there.

On Bonnes wages I would imagine. Some people are clueless. Just got a league 1 level striker and youre wondering where the £80k profits gone for Cardwell?!? Don’t take a rocket scientist does it 🤷‍♂️

Not that I am doubting his ability but the last 2 seasons he has been a flop at Cambridge and Gillingham. He did well at Charlton and Ipswich but his best scoring ratio was in the national league. He wasn't up to at QPR either, after that paid a reported 2 million.

He was also without a club, so a high likely hood that we had a much better bargaining position.

I'm not saying he shouldn't be prolific at this level and has obvious ability but he has failed at league 2 level in the last 2 years.

You need 8 miles to stop a Supertanker and you need over 2 miles to turn a Supertanker around.

It's going to take time to salvage this near wreck of a Football Club.

As Justin said enjoy the "voyage".
