Ricardo works as a painter and decorator these days. About £100 a day I reckon.

Where do we need to strengthen?

Priority has to be defence ..... if you don't let any goals in you get at least a point for a draw.

And then central midfield - they should be shielding the defence and then available to take the ball on the attack - something we have been lacking for much of the last couple of seasons.

Midfield was our weakest area this season. I'd start there.

Then we need a left back. Then some forwards since the pace has / will probably leave

Why do we need a goalkeeper?

Had a thought today, someone who Phil Brown might give a trial to is Ricardo Gardner. We need a left-sided player. Knows him from Bolton and he signed him on loan when he was at Preston. Great player in his prime, but 34 now and has been without a club since last summer.
