I think his knees are no longer what they once was.

Does he have the appetite to play non league? Who knows. He could return to grays were it all began?

We can't live in the past yes he was great but sorry he could not get into the team fully this year for a former international and also an ex-Premier league player he should've been ruling the roost again in league 2 but we had better than him in the squad good luck to him whatever he does

Freddy never played in the PL. Championship was his highest achievement

Will always be remembered in top 5 SUFC players
Ever for me. Second stint was lacklustre but he had us believing the first time around

Cant say i agree or disagree to be honest , Think he still had a little bit left to give to southend , like that good bit of form at the start of the season , but then again , hasn't really impressed as much as anyone hoped. Oh well , good luck Freddy :)

(Cant be the only one to think Barnard was a bit off though ? )

With Freddy it was the local lad scoring for his local club, yes his second time round wasn't earth moving but his small amount of goals gave me an extra thrill because it was Freddy, even when he come of the bench fans loved it,the air of expectancy was there,a Shrimper legend?hell yes.

It's a sad, sad day when people think Corr is better than Eastwood! Very sad day!!

I don't think anyone is saying that.

It's in stone that Freddy at his peak achieved way way way more than Corr will ever get close to but it is true to say Corr is a better player now.

Back to the topic....FREDDY = SUFC LEGEND
