Hopefully that plays into our hands and they won't come and do the low block like on Saturday.Couldn't have asked for a better draw. They score goals for fun though. 71 in 23 games. I am sure they will be given the utmost respect, they have nothing to lose.
Not too sure. They wouldn't have got their share when the rat was at the helm I know that!.Do the away team get a share of the gate?
Yeah, thats about their average home gate. They should bring a few hundred, with us adding another 3000 so a nice few quid for the club.
They only average 300 but you’d think they bring close to 400 on the day. They should bring a few hundred, with us adding another 3000 so a nice few quid for the club.
What’s the chances of them being given the North Bank and either South or West opening for us ?They should bring a few hundred, with us adding another 3000 so a nice few quid for the club.
about to say the same thing mate - 2nd in tier 8 against other tier 8 teams.Whilst they (Sittingbourne) are 2nd in the league and lost just one game - they play in the 8th tier of football against other tier 8 teams - all part time. I watch alot of tier 8 and 9 football and whilst its not that bad they would be huge outsiders to come to Roots Hall and win that against a team three divisions above. The fact people think this is a bananaskin shows how far we really have fallen.
That would completely play into our hands...Yep. But second in their respective division, scoring 71 goals and letting in just 16.
It won't be. They're the same tier as BrentwoodThis could be embarrassing....
The mighty East Grinstead, Deal, Merstham, Erith, Phoenix Sports, Broadbridge Heath, Steyning and Three Bridges.about to say the same thing mate - 2nd in tier 8 against other tier 8 teams.
Let’s see how they get on in front of 3k ish and on that big pitch
It would. But you'd suspect they'd park the team bus and hope for something on the counter/set piece. Similar to Southport. Let's hope we have improved on breaking down a low block by then. That would completely play into our hands...
Ramsgate are a decent side and have been knocking for years but its a huge step up. Look at how many NLS or NLN teams come up from Tier 6 and fail to make their mark... Now drop 2 leagues further. I am sure they are no mugs but as long as we don't go all cocky then guaranteed 1-0 win ;)They are absolutely running away with it (Along with Ramsgate) in the Isthmian South East. Won't be an easy game at all!!
He's at Redbridge I think in the North.View attachment 35197
Be good to see the return of the original Jack Wood - remember people crying out for him to get a game.
They got 850 plus over the Xmas period so could easily bring 400-500 to us.They only average 300 but you’d think they bring close to 400 on the day.
I don't think they get much practice at doing that.. F71 A16It would. But you'd suspect they'd park the team bus and hope for something on the counter/set piece. Similar to Southport. Let's hope we have improved on breaking down a low block by then.
