Stourbridge please.

I'd prefer Orient at home. Big gate, 1-0 win and then any prem side in round 3. If not Orient then Braintree if they win their replay.
Are you bonkers, Orient are a defo no. I hate to say it, but they are the most infirm team in the Country, they would present us with the toughest draw. Understand the crowd thing, but, would rather anyone else at home than them.

I wish Orient were the most infirm team in the country but I guessing they are more likely to be in-form. Bottom line, we are not going to win the FA cup, and whilst a run in it would be great, the league is the priority and the squad is just not big enough to cope with too many competitive games. The money made now from a local derby would also be very useful in our current financial state. If Colchester had not lost (hurray) I would have wanted them in the next round.

Sheffield United away please. Great to be through into the second round. Straker now has more goals than JCR got for us, and in less appearances

Welling away.

Knowing our luck it will be Fleetwood or some other northern crap hole away.

Mansfield beat St Albans 1-8 today in front of 5 men and a badger. How bad are St Albans? :stunned:

Wouldn't mind the Stags in the second round. Confidence would be high and we could easily turn them over again at our place.

Away to any of the teams in bold please, preferably Kidderminster.

Not the most exciting game I have seen but the 2 early goals led to a rather stress free 90 minutes that followed.

The minute silence was impeccably observed and most of the Morecambe crowd continued that silence for the remainder of the match. :winking:

A good performance by everyone on the pitch and there did not seem any need for substitutes. 1 good save from Bentley but otherwise very little to do except deal with some corners.

Special mention goes to Coker for tireless running up and down the left side, Straker for his 2 goals, 3 man Corr (a striker, midfielder and defender rolled into one person) and Hurst for his cunning crosses.

Man of the match just goes to Leonard who deserved a goal for his attacking runs and intelligent play.
