Back to back 3-0 wins should be a massive confidence booster at both ends of the pitch. Quality result, let's hope for a home draw in Round 2!

The 18k prize money we get for winning, should help to lift up the transfer embargo, as we own wages to 3 of our useless ex players.

...plus the gate receipts from today should solve all our money troubles for the rest of the season

Great result for all, especially the travelling 159 supporters. Nice home draw deserved for round 2 for smooth progress into the big boys in Round 3.

Well done! Another great win that'll install some confidence into the team.

After eight games it was all doom and gloom but a few good wins and evryone is happy, so It'll be nice and quiet on here this week.

Take your pick from these "plum" possibilities...

Tranmere,
Chesterfield,
Fleetwood,
Hartlepool,
Preston,
Rotherham or
Rochdale

all away obviously....

Brilliant result. The second round draw is on Sunday and our ball is No 1. Not sure of the time yet.

Great result and all round team performance. Can not emphasise how good this result is. Not only beating Morecombe but progressing in the cup is so important. A decent second draw, preferably at home, and who knows who we could get in the third round if we progress. The one thing that makes me smile is, I'm not a Straker fan, he would never be in my first 11, but I would never slag him off either. However, under PB he looks a very different player and still divides opinion, three goals in two games from midfield and part of a team who has won the last two games 3-0 can't be argued with. So well done and let's hope the form continues into a tough trip to Exeter. The only thing is a 3-0 league win and three points would be far more welcome when we play Morecombe again.
