How pathetic we can't face being drawn against Eastleigh with optimism. I do hope we take the cups seriously. We can do it if we can find a bit of form and confidence.

Eastleigh are also unbeaten at home this season (P6 W4 D2) so we certainly will have to do it the hard way.

Drawing the 3rd highest ranked team away out of a possible 33 teams was never going to be met with enthusiasm regardless of our form.

Totally agree. For how many years in the past this would of been an easy draw (not that we'd of even been entering at this stage). I feel like we've become a failure acceptance Club.

Off to see this after work on the 12th, got to be an improvement from losing at Yeovil last year with 16yr olds coming off the bench, man that was a painful loss luckily i was holidaying in Devon.

A pretty big part of the lack optimism is that we are notoriously crap in the cups. We were losing to non league sides at the first available opportunity before we even got down here!!

Correct. I believe it would take place at Roots Hall on Tuesday 15th October, should we manage a draw.
