Former Spurs Midfielder Garry Brooke aged just 65. Brooke came through to the first team around the time Glenn Hoddle was also establishing himself at Spurs. A near fatal car crash meant that Garry never really recovered his full fitness but he did win two FA Cup medals and a UEFA Cup medal. I rememember at the time he was being touted as a possible England player before the crash.

Guitarist John Sykes has passed was at just 65. Sykes was a member of Whitesnake and The Tygers Of Pan Tang, and most famously Thin Lizzy.
He is now on my I've Seen Them Live, But Now They Are Dead list, having seen him playing for TTofPT and Thin Lizzy on their final UK concert at the Reading Festival in 1983.
