I too have heard about this incident which for me is worse than anything else that has happened in our circus of a club this calendar year. Proves what a lack of control our management and hierarchy have!!!

1. Does the alleged incident make it more or less likely that Ron will wield the axe?
2. Is the alleged "split" among players or between the hierarchy?

There was an original thread which rumoured that an incident had occurred within the club. It was deleted by a moderator as Defamatory Speculation. As there has been nothing further published apart from rumour on here I suggest it is left alone.

Why ? No names are being put forward and last time I looked we lived in a society where free speech was allowed. Nothing has been posted today that can be considered defamatory or libellous, people are merely pointing out what an utter shambles the club is right now and how inept management appear to be on and off the field. It's a sad day when rumours cannot be discussed by adults on a football forum.

As RHB says, nothing wrong with very general comments but when there are unsubstantiated claims and names or specifics are thrown around it can get very tricky, and as much as SZ isn't in as much debt as Ron, we can't afford any court cases for libel! Think RHB's post was more of a cautious warning than prevention of free speech.

Out of interest anyone know how Timmos hamstring is coming along? I thought he was making remarkable progress and would be ready last week ahead of Woody. Lets hope theres not been any kind of setback as we need him as an attacking midfielder urgently and to get that leadership in midfield

We seem to be desperately unlucky with our Ham String tears. Both must be severe grade 3 complete tears. A grade 3 can take several months to repair and once gone can have a propensity to come back unless well managed. Woodys has gone on for seemingly 8 months and now Timms is joining the specially painful and long hamstring repair team. It must be very frustrating. Mind you Woody has now just done his neck as well

It's been a very long time indeed that I have a vague interest in blues. Usually I'm buzzing home or way whether going or listening on the radio.

At the moment I'm just a bit meh.

The last time I felt like this was probably under Alvin Martins management.

I just find it hard to have any interest at the moment. The club is stagnating and the new ground is just as far away now as it was at the beginning. The difference now is that roots hall Is practically in a state of ruin. Not a penny being spent on any improvements.

On the pitch we are playing dull unimaginative football under a leadership that seem to have taken us as far as they can. They certainly don't seem capable of building a talented squad, even with the chairman's backing.

The players apart from the odd few don't appear to be happy at the club and there is little confidence in any attacking form.

I got a season card and will go , but it all seems a bit of a chore at the moment.

Anyone else feel the same? Or should I just get myself some meds.

For me it was at the end of 2009/2010 season, I think we'd just lost 3-0 or something away to Gills which was our 8th away defeat in a row and the club was in complete turmoil. That was a real low point.

Yeah a very poor season away from home. We lost the game after that away at Leeds as well.
I think we only won 3 away games that season Brighton, Orient & cant remember the other one, will have to check the records.

The excuse that year though was that players didn't get paid. Don't think PB has such mitigating circumstances to use in his defence. We are just crap.
