Just researching a story and shocked to see Michael Timlin has only four games for Blues since Christmas.

A story on Timlin you say..... Hmmmm

We seem to be desperately unlucky with our Ham String tears. Both must be severe grade 3 complete tears. A grade 3 can take several months to repair and once gone can have a propensity to come back unless well managed. Woodys has gone on for seemingly 8 months and now Timms is joining the specially painful and long hamstring repair team. It must be very frustrating. Mind you Woody has now just done his neck as well
So officially, he is a pain in the neck

Certainly hard to feel positive about the club at the mo. I still believe we should give PB the chance to get his preferred first 11 on the pitch (all at the same time) but if we're now saying Timlin & Wordsworth may be out for longer I agree we can't wait forever. I'm not keen on PB's policy of relying on players because they used to be good or cost a lot once upon a time, I feel its sending us down a road that will end in tears. I've said before, give him until the end of October & if no improvement then he has to go. And he should be replaced with someone who has history succeeding on a shoestring budget, someone who gets the best out of players instead of demoralising them by his negative comments in the press. Personally I wouldn't go for Sir Chrissy, love him as I do, as he doesn't fit the bill for us management wise. Someone like Danny Cowley, or if experience is prefered, Gary Johnson, no matter how much he may be disliked on here. We need someone who would see the job as a step up from where they are, not a last resort because no one else will have them.

Slightly better. Children and nieces all got their Junior Blues membership packs this week and were all very excited.

Of course none of them yet really understand the horrors I've signed them up for at this stage. They're just all happy with their new pencil cases.
