Colchester Ticket Thread

Walked into the ticket office at approx 12.30. Straight to the desk, purchased 3 tickets in under 3 mins.

Did notice that some of the tickets behind the goal had remained unsold. I went for the side of the goal.

Oh and the car park is still iced over

My two tickets secured today with barely 10 mins on the telephone...
Thought i'd go for the £22 tickets - the view that £24 ones probably mean straining through the net !

Looking forward very much to league ground 112 !

Why are you all so keen to attend a match that is bound to end in yet more disappointment ?

As for the ticket pricing, it is my understanding that many of the £24 tickets offer a worse view that the £20 ones. In particular, the seats directly behind the goal are said to be worth avoiding.

As for going in the home end, it will be far easier to spot the 'unwelcome guests' than at Layer Road. I would imagine that numerous ejections, followed by a similar number of three year banning orders, will go down very nicely.

That will be because we have the normal amount of fingers and toes.

BOO HISSS the lot of you, i spent all day trying to phone up for a swindon away ticket. couldnt get through !

Girth - seriously, if you actually use this joke one more time I am going to have to do something about it.....

Anyone buying Tickets from Colchester please avoid the East Stand Especially blocks E7, E8 .... that’s were the main singers go and could get nasty... bit like the a carrot crunchier getting tickets in our West stand W, X blocks for example

I recommend the West Stand.... all corporate players Girlfriends etc

Stadium plan below make sure you talk country boys accent and act very stupid / thick when buying tickets :-)

Lets be honest there will not be any left for us Team blues

Next week I off to Great Yarmouth for a few days I may pop to the ground (A12) to buy mine :-)

Yep, our allocation will probably have sold out by the time the home end goes on general sale (Mon 9th).

There is an option to buy home tickets online and collect them at the ground on the day. You have to register as a user so I'd suggest using your "friend's" non-SS postcode at this sensitive time ;)
