Don't worry one and all, Clean shi..s Brown has assured us not scoring is not a massive concern and the goals will come! Mind you he has been saying it for practically 18months, including the classic reminder that Barney , Weston and Coulthirst would come good, now let me think, how long ago was that?
Actually of course at some stage we may actually score twice, and the Phillibuster will then be crowing. HIS ability with strikers is also improving all the time, with young Jason being deliberately and wisely rested from his Goalscoring feats , so with 20 mins to go against Plymouth, Atkinson gets sent on to snatch the winner. Nothing like building confidence in our strikers, but as Phil says it will come good at some point and isn't a problem, not what he has been saying for a few weeks though? I fear the brain has left the auditorium. He is also working on making sure Clifford takes a break from his scoring feats and is saving him for the last few games of the season , and a special Home game, half price, called GOAL FEST DAY

We have now drawn more games at Home than any other club in the league. 6 out of 13 and also now boasting third worst goalscoring at Home record , with only Hartlepool ( bottom ) and York City below us.
If the scoring issue had been addressed , even to the point of scoring just once in 3 of these Home games to win, we would lie in the 3rd automatic place. Just 6 points from a possible 18 at Home from these games is below mid-table form. The tactics and striking capability is still to be addressed 18 months on. Thats not clever
