As far as this little snippet of mismanagement goes, yes I do. I've heard pretty much the same story from 4 sources now, not all of them with a SUFC bias either (e.g anti Ronald).

What is the problem in having, at least some of the facts?
Maybe if you knew the 4 or 5 specifics that changed my opinions about the people who "run" our club then you might have a rethink too?

That surely has to be one of the most blinkered posts on here ever.
Even my worthy opponents such as pboreham & ESB would at least acknowledge the major person responsible for our recent demise is one Ron Martin, NOT Tilson...

How come Sturrock can put a team together in a few weeks, that can compete at a good level and Tilson had exhoribtant wage to pay merceneries that took us down. And as for Tilson being the best player and manager Southend have ever had - McCory, Barron, Garner and Peter Taylor - all internationals - how can Tilson then be compared to these, and let Kiehley Hooper go for no money...... and they never even got to play regular, but someone else could see their potential.

Steveo we have never met and the one thing you should know about me is I never want to lose, I slag off Ron 365 days a year for the way he has treated this club and will do until the day he leaves. Season tickets holders still waiting for payments (No am not a ST Holder) which are his best customers, Tilly and Brush not paid ( Tilly should of left/sacked when we got relegated from championship) and the way he has dragged this club through the courts with not being able to pay certain bills. Take in the facts when fans want to buy tickets they cant because we run out of ticket paper is a joke. I would say any win at the moment is massive not just away but home as well cause Sturrock is still getting the team to play his way and it will come. We wont get promoted but we wont get relegated either and I for one thank Sturrock for sorting out Martin's mess. Pboreham can be as positive as he wants and good luck to him on this but remember what Ron has done to his club and mine. With regards to being a Col U fan be very careful with what you say!!!!

Sorry to disappoint you TB, and maybe a bit harsh on Badger, but as supporters we cant control what happens to the club, just support it, and in tough times like these, I think its vital that the hard core supporters really get behind the team and the rest will follow.

I was a bit disappointed that Badger saw the negatives and not the positives of 3 away points gained last night. And i had just got in from the pub.

i wonder when people will actually wake up and realise this.

nevertheless an away win is great and i think will kick start our season but personally i will never forget what ron has really done to this club. i know a lot of people once a few points are on the bored will forgive and forget but this could be a big mistake.

Where are the negatives???? If it was aving a laugh about win bonuses then you are pretty sad mate. But then giving Sturrock 10/10 for getting the team to a win after tuesday perfrmance is also a negative as well i guess. Anyway I still want Martin out for what he has done
