I doubt building is beginning - he's still got to apply for new planning permission - and don't think he's reached agreement with the council on the leases eitherDriving home from Waitrose down Fossetts Way, the ground immediately to the left of the road (opposite the blue hoardings) has a load of posts, markers and tape in the ground, sectioning it off. Is this Rat land, and if so, has building begun does anyone know?
Live oop north so don't know what sort of supermarkets are available but Waitrose is expensive isn't itDriving home from Waitrose down Fossetts Way, the ground immediately to the left of the road (opposite the blue hoardings) has a load of posts, markers and tape in the ground, sectioning it off. Reads like a poemI too have taken note of this land changing shape.
A very expensive scaffold fence with wire mesh panels.
The low green mesh fencing looks like the sort that newts could be there.
They must have all the reports needed from previous application unless they have expiredGreat crested newts must be considered in the planning application process.
Ron is the beneficiaryDon’t know when this is happening but the old rusty dome Ron had floated in got sold for scrap recently for a not inconsiderable amount. (Over 100k) I don’t know who the current owner of it is (ie Ron or consortium) so I don’t know who the beneficiary is, but it’s possible the roping off is to commence access and deconstruction if it’s still there
It was an asset of the club wasn't it - wasn't it in most recent accounts as being written down in value? If so, how did it get in Rons hands?Ron is the beneficiary
I believe it’s Keepmoat homes land. So nothing to do with Ratty or Ratty Jr.Driving home from Waitrose down Fossetts Way, the ground immediately to the left of the road (opposite the blue hoardings) has a load of posts, markers and tape in the ground, sectioning it off. Should belong to the club but was it bailiffs selling it?Don’t know when this is happening but the old rusty dome Ron had floated in got sold for scrap recently for a not inconsiderable amount. It took Garon Park Golf 2 years to clear the newts when they wanted to fill in a pond. It's a slow process, that is monitored by the environment agency. And you have to pay them to do it.They must have all the reports needed from previous application unless they have expired
It's the southern equivalent of Booths, our kid. Not as good as Booths, mind.Live oop north so don't know what sort of supermarkets are available but Waitrose is expensive isn't it
Just seen Ron coming out if Aldi with 5 bottles of bleach. Either its time to sort the colour on his roots or he's going to speed up matters with the newts. It took Garon Park Golf 2 years to clear the newts when they wanted to fill in a pond.
