Breaking News Season Tickets - now on sale

I am comfortable with £420. We are an EFL-size club without EFL subsidies in the South East. We also generate no other revenue. There isn't any comparison to us currently.

However, I do think we missed a trick by not offering a cheaper rate in North Bank, or alternatively, extending the 17-22 range to 25 or so. These ages will be amongst the average lowest earners and also the drivers of atmosphere in the North. It'd also allow the club to deny accusations of being the most expensive, as we could do what other clubs do, and quote the cheapest price in response.

look at it as taking care of the elderly , some of these over 62's have had season tickets for over 30 years as well and been supporting the club since the 1960's
My dad is 85. He's had a season ticket for nearly his whole adult life (and has been a fan pretty much his entire life). Personally I think that kind of loyalty should be rewarded with a free season ticket, but given that isn't an option I think it's completely fair he gets a discount.

My M-in-L doesn't get to many games now (88yrs) so even with the cheap price it is no longer for her. She missed too many games the last season she had one because of the weather and illness. Roots Hall is far from good for mobility challenged folk.
The age rising year on year to the state pension age is correct.
Overall the pricing/discounts policy is a fair deal if not perfect for all.

York’s payment plan costs 6.25% more than buying it up front.

That is not a good deal for people already struggling to afford the initial price when you can purchase it cheaper with a 0% interest credit card offer and earn up to 8% by paying into a regular saver account.

I for one am pleased that the club isn’t promoting payment schemes which rip off fans when there are methods that can achieve the same outcome for less money whilst earning you money.
I see what you're saying Yorkie but not everyone has a great credit rating I'd suggest. Don't Klarna just split the payment into 3, no interest? I mean charge a small premium for splitting the cost but they don't have to whack on loads of interest do they? Would just help those who didn't have the cash up front ..
