Bim Pepple

The comments on their forum don’t look promising. Doesn’t look like he’s got off to the best start. Lots of comments about his hold up play being decent, but doesn’t look like scoring.

Hopefully he’ll come good, but I thought at the time it was the wrong move for him to go back in January and go to the EFL. Half a season too early at least.

Lutons thought imo he should have stayed with us to the end of the season then a decision made on his future from all sides.
I think it's more his agents fault. Luton were apparently happy for him to remain with us.

It's always hard going into any team half way through a season and expect to hit the ground running. He's a totally different player to Grigg or Dobra. The team play to their strengths. Much like our team was set up to Cardwell's strengths, and still did even after he'd left.

One hopes it doesn't go too well and we can get him back in the summer.

Sad as it is h.He wanted to try to improve in a higher leauge But he could and should have stayed with us for the full season .Thanks Loton you have destroyed a player that was doing well with us .

How to kill a young player's growing and blossoming confidence in one easy lesson.

I can understand the agent wanting to try his client at a higher level, but sometimes these moves are rushed and I get the feeling that’s exactly what’s happened here.

One hopes it doesn't go too well and we can get him back in the summer.

This.

There’s a good chance we a pick him up in the summer if he “fails” at Chesterfield.
