Yes he was born in Ipswich and likes playing down this end of the country he hated it up north playing at York! He has scored a lot of goals locally for Leiston and is now top scorer for Sutton, he is well thought of there so I can't see them letting him go unless of course he is still unhappy!

Well his contract is up in the summer and hopefully he'll want to join a bigger club ready to kick on next season

You never know, he appears very happy there it will probably turn out to be who offers the longest contract and how much money is on the table, as long as it's not in the North!

Great work but most of these are just strikers and not replacements for Bim

We have enough and arguably better options already for general strikers what we don't have is someone who can lead the line and be physical, most of your suggestions would get snapped by a CB in the NL

Unfortunately I feel like Bim is a one of a kind and the game plan will need changing

In which case, we NEED to sign some creativity and pace in the midfield if we can't get a like for like Bim replacement

Really? we dont have anyone currently that can shoot more then 3mph.

I do agree that we need a striker who can lead the line properly tho. Im slightlt concerned that kev thinks that box is ticked with hopper

Ideally id like to see a proven at this level targetman and also 2 or 3 hot shot loanees.

Given our budget etc id expect us to make at least 3 very good signings at this level, and a smattering of prospects and loanees.

If we arent signing the best players at this level our rivals are which makes our chances of getting out of this league even slimmer.

There are players put forward that the 'stats' don't support and players the stats present that aren't what we want. When the two are close enough we make a move. Then there's the ones we want with insufficient stats that cause heated discussions.
