For ducks sake!!Our forward thinking club have already thought of having a large water feature.
No.5. shown on the plan below is the "Charlie Dimmock Attenuation Pond", It even has it's own island and bridge.

I also understand a Feng Shui consultant has been called in to ensure harmony with the environment, and encourage a sense of perpetual contentment amongst the fans…For ducks sake!!
It’s happening, the team will move to new training ground, so the B & L will be demolished by end of October.Absolutely no chance. Maybe at the end of this season...
not so sure As in october the pitches will be finished but no changeing building maybe they will get a porter cabin .It’s happening, the team will move to new training ground, so the B & L will be demolished by end of October.
Yes, they will have porter cabin, until the new building to replace Boot & Laces gym, office, lunch facilities etc is ready.not so sure As in october the pitches will be finished but no changeing building maybe they will get a porter cabin .
It does look like there is a small island in the water feature - that would be ideal for ducks & the construction of a variety of duck houses - Sir Peter Viggers should be able to help with that ...........For ducks sake!!
It’s all well and good saying October but Which year? It’s happening, the team will move to new training ground, so the B & L will be demolished by end of October.
Didn't they somewhere they have also now incorporated more facilities outside the main stand- incl. outlets incl food etc.The photos at fossetts.co.uk/the-stadium look new to my eye. Presumably they're from the revised (17,000 capacity) plans?

The main difference seems to be the main stand, cf. below. Shows the hotel being dropped in favour of more housing, with a lower roof (perhaps leading to a better atmosphere?) as a result.

I don’t think it’s be residential flats built on the stadium, as they change it to conference room type building, so the club can run it every day.The photos at fossetts.co.uk/the-stadium look new to my eye. Presumably they're from the revised (17,000 capacity) plans?

Blimey the flats in the background in the first pic sadly look something like the camps the Chinese are keeping uyghurs Muslims in, but the rest looks good
You have to wind the Mrs up occasionally don't you..My advice would be "don't then" .............
Bloody Oxley's face still on the training ground picture, sent shivers down my spine!
But to cheer you up, look at the score board and who we are playing. Guessing must be early in the first halfBloody Oxley's face still on the training ground picture, sent shivers down my spine!
