Clearly we will need to Neg rep them that goes without saying.
However personally I'm in favour of Rehabillitation, they have to go to the Spread an hour earlier than usual or somthing along those lines in order to up their consumption.

Absolutely...also they should be made to wear the SBFC dunce hat at future gatherings.
