Only bank holidays we take are Boxing Day, Christmas Day, 1st and 2nd of Jan. All the other Public holidays that you guys take in England are added to our annual quota so we can take them when we want to. I found it odd at first but IMO, it is a far better system.

Ironic thing is , considering my well voiced views on royalty, is that in 2 weeks time I'll be off work because of the Queen's Birthday public holiday :D

I know what you are saying regards all getting ****ed, but if everyone works the same way up here then there is no one to go and get ****ed with, to be fair, they do their fair share of boozing up here.

I like the idea of deciding when I want to take my publics though

But with the significant difference that everyone of the fans represented by the blue pins could find their way to Roots Hall blindfold - half the Man U fans couldn't find Manchester on a map of Manchester!

type your postcode into the search bar

Click Search

Then once it finds the location click save to my maps and save to Shrimperzone. Then it will show the destination name to save. Change that to your Username, Click save.
